Delete your Float account

In the app

1. Open Float and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab and tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you’re signed out.

Without the app

Email adrian@ludum.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in and profile
• All your sessions, stroke and heart-rate data, workouts and records
• Your check-ins, test results and squad memberships (coaches no longer see you)
• Your Ludum and Concept2 Logbook connections

Nothing is kept, apart from database backups, which roll off within a few weeks. Sessions you already sent to Ludum, Strava or Concept2 stay with those services; delete them there.

Coach accounts: email us and we’ll hand your squads over or close them first.
